Earthquake; Thunder; Dragonbreath

...Looks like this has been going on for a while XD



I was a bit bored of working on current projects so I decided to bug friends for prompts. This started out as simply 'Raichu' but the pose I put it in demanded a scene and so Salamence came along :]

1.8 days approx start to finish.


Have you ever really noticed how Salamence's wings are so fail? I love the fact that it's a bellydragger and a dragon and always seems so damn nasty, but ye Gods, those wings make me cringe XD _{Youshouldn'tbeabletoflywiththosewingsSalamence.}
I had to think for a bit how to real-ify his wings while still keeping them close to the design XD Technically, he still can't fly with those wings hahahah.


I realised during this that I can't seem to do curved perspective. Oh well; I suppose I'll just have to keep practicing. I'm quite pleased with how this came out overall, though
