Mayohan the Flowermaid, one of the ten deities of the Ildarie Circle.

Yes, the antlers are unnatural and unweildly. She's a deity, take it up with her.

This was done with watercolour paint.

I had never used watercolour, and hadn't used paint since around 2001, until I started doing these. So I'm still very much learning how to handle the medium. I need a white gel pen, I think. White acrylic for highlights is a bit of a pain.

I've been recently updating the designs of the Ildarie Circle. Anyone who had previously seen any of them would be aware of how different Mayohan's design is. She was always an antelope-y deer sort of thing, but I've never been happy with her in the past. I finally am quite pleased.

This is only one of the five pieces I've done so far, I might upload either Sützie or Atenae next.
I won't be uploading all of them here, only my favourites. However all of them will be up on my website though, once it's finished and live, hopefully very, very soon. I'm just finishing up the content and buying the webspace. I've been working quite hard on it (:

Oooh very nice. I like the lightness of the picture, and her antlers are very fun. I like all the plants and things draped over them. For some reason I also really like how you did her front legs, idk why. She looks very serious and noble, befitting of her diety status.
